Experiment 9.0 Initial Post

This is another simple on, being done by request

This one wasn't on the planning board, but subject #2 requested it, and since she helps pay for all this what she wants she gets.

Batch 9.0
Base: Smirnoff Vodka
Method: Cold Infusion
Additions: 4oz Lemon Jelly Belly's.

This one follows most of the steps for 5.1 below.  Beans were mashed before adding to the vodka, a mostly full 750 ml bottle.  A small amount was poured off for later use to provide room for the beans in the bottle.  I'm going to let this one sit a couple days, then strain the vodka and add a second batch of beans to see if I can get a stronger flavor with more beans or if the four ounces saturates the vodka.
